During peak dates, which often align with popular travel seasons or holidays, we experience our highest demand. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work to meet your needs. There is an extra $5 per night charge during holidays, fall breaks, spring breaks, and summer dates.
Your dog has access to water all day long. Some dogs choose not to drink as much as they would at home or may wait to drink until they return home. Don’t worry, this is normal.

Slow Intro: One-by-one introductions into a larger group of dogs.
Small Groups: Playtime with 2–5 dogs (group size varies based on the dog’s comfort level).
Solo: One-on-one playtimes with a counselor involving toys, treat puzzles, cuddles, agility exercises, and more. Designed for dogs who are dog-aggressive, too reactive for groups, elderly/impaired, in heat (although we encourage dogs in heat to stay home), or by owner request.
These dogs have access to toys, agility, brain games, and puzzles during sessions. Full-day dogs get two 20-minute playtimes; half-day dogs get one. Potty breaks are provided throughout the day when not in play.
It depends on your dog. We socialize based on safety and comfort level. Some dogs transition after a week or two; others may take several weeks or longer. Some may even take a year or more to feel comfortable in group play. It’s common for young dogs, rescues, and timid dogs to start with Individual Activity. Many improve over time, and some graduate to large group play—but it’s okay if they don’t. Each dog progresses at their own pace.
Large group daycare (group play) starts at 9 AM and runs until 11:40 AM, followed by a nap/lunch break from 12–1 PM. Group play resumes around 1:15 PM and continues until about 3:40 PM.
During breaks, dogs are crated for rest. Typically, daycare runs from 9 AM–4 PM, with transitions to and from bedrooms for boarding dogs or dogs who can’t be crated.
We have two daycare programs:
Daycare (Group Play): Great for social dogs who love to play. We separate by size so dogs can play comfortably.
Dayboarding (Individual Activity): Best for dogs who prefer smaller groups or solo time. Schedules vary, so please ask a staff member for your dog’s specific plan.
Boarding dogs get a morning potty break starting at 5 AM, followed by breakfast. Lunch potty breaks (for non-AM group dogs) occur around 10:30–11 AM or 12–12:30 PM. Dinner potty breaks run from 3:30–4:30 PM. Bedtime potty breaks start after dinner, around 6 PM. (Times may vary depending on peak period or the daycare program.)
Each dog’s meals must be pre-packaged per meal. Improper packaging will incur an extra charge. Use containers or Ziplock’s and label with your dog’s name. For example, if your dog eats 1 cup twice daily, bring two Ziplock’s per day, each containing one cup. Wet food does not need to be pre-packaged unless desired, as it can be tricky.
Yes. We can administer oral and topical medications (no intravenous meds). All meds must be in original containers for accurate dosing. Provide clear instructions for dosage and timing. There’s a $6 special request fee for dogs on 6 or more medications.
No. We do not accept outside bedding, blankets, or toys. We provide beds and blankets upon request. Raised cots are also available.
If your dog is not picked up by 12 PM on the day of departure, a late fee will be charged. This is because your dog receives a full day of care and activity on pick-up day.
Bring enough food for the entire stay. Treats must be packed with meals, as personal treats are only given at mealtimes.
Food must be in individual, pre-packaged containers or Ziplock bags, labeled by meal and with your pet’s name. Otherwise, a $10/day meal packaging fee (max $17 per stay per dog) will apply. Canned food and toppers are accepted in original containers but must be labeled.
All new dogs, or those returning after more than a year, must schedule a First Day of Daycare Evaluation. We do a bedroom assessment to ensure comfort and safety, followed by a slow intro to similar sized dogs if socialization is approved. Dogs not suitable for group play are placed in our Individual Activity program.
Half Day AM pickup cut-off is 1 PM. Half Day PM drop-off starts at 12 PM.
Full-day drop-off times vary by location and may include ranges such as 7 AM–7 PM, 9 AM–3 PM, 8 AM–7 PM, or 10 AM–2 PM
If your dog is in the building past 1 PM after being checked in during the morning, it is considered a full day. Refer to half-day times for clarification.
